Prototyping
Rotational molds are among the least expensive that can be manufactured. Smaller investments and shorter lead times are a couple of things that make rotational molding a great alternative to other methods. Sometimes our customers still need assurances to prove out their design or for engineering evaluation. To help deal with these concerns we can provide prototyping service. Though we cannot supply an actual molded product we can supply 2D or 3D digital representation or simulation via our CAD software to produce visual examples. Another option would be the construction of a scaled down version or a full size solid model of your product for your review.
Prototyping can save you time and money by testing your design prior to production while changes are more affordable. This is especially helpfull when multiple tools are needs to meet production needs.
